Planner 5D Review
Read moreSince our launch in September 2012, we have helped more than 74 million users to create over 160 million designs to renovate their homes and change interior designs.
Planner 5D is an advanced and easy-to-use 2D/3D home design platform that allows anyone to create floor plans and interior designs in minutes - without any specialist skills - using powerful AI, VR, and AR technologies.
Planner 5D is currently available for web, iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows. It is truly cross-platform and available to everybody with a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Sergey Nosyrev and Alexey Sheremetyev founded Planner 5D in 2010. Both Sergey and Alexey became homeowners and couldn’t find a design solution to plan renovations. They teamed up to create the product used by 74 million amateur and professional designers globally.
Today, more than 60 people are building Planner 5D. It is the leading tool for home renovation planning and interior design globally. Under the leadership of Andrey Ustyugov, Planner 5D’s current CEO, the product is scaling globally and becoming an advanced technological platform for everything related to home improvement.
We started this project to help non-professionals visualize their future homes with simple tools.
Coming from years of experience in design software development and architecture, we realized that all existing solutions fell into two categories. They were either expensive and complicated products aimed at professionals or basic apps that weren’t cross-platform. Not everybody has the time and money to hire a designer or an agency to do the work for them, and Planner 5D solves that problem.
We managed to bring the functionality from the best industry design tools into our platform. In just a few years, we’ve grown from a small start-up with a few enthusiasts to a robust service. Today we are a team of many, and we’re proudly based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
